Downtown South now likely represents the largest collection of hideous seafoam-green and grey spandrel in Canada. It's really beginning to look like a hideous and oppressive collection of buildings.

I was surprised to get an email recently that there presentation centre was closing, I though it would have closed long ago. The units left must be real dogs.

City mistakenly gives Onni 1.5M in tax breaks for the Charleson project, well done Gregor!!

Tax breaks are given to projects that are 100% rentals, not mixed-use containing market Strata units.

I feel like this is the most photographed project in Vancouver considering that not much has been going in this thread, save for all of the incredible photo updates .
