When I spoke to one of their sales associates in the presentation Center about 4 weeks ago, all that they had left for units started in the $540/sq ft range and went up from there.

At the time, I thought that seemed expensive but I haven't seen pricing on any other projects so I'm not sure

This one is taking forever to rise. It should look good once it does though.

Lots of podium work, but once the tower kicks into gear it should fly.

Yep tower portion now in view! Guardian will start moving upward at a good pace now.
