I guess this style could be updated using a shipping container(s), & IKEA. It could probably be even cheaper:

^Absolutely gorgeous, thanks for sharing! Tall houses with a small footprint are a great idea for urban single family neighbourhoods, but this one is even more special for being out in the country.

Why would the bedroom be right in the middle? The kitchen should be in the middle and the bedroom at the very end.

Occupying one of the most amazing reinvented buildings in Denver, Colorado, the Flour Mill Lofts display a collection of residential spaces that maintain the charm of the old building and enhance it with the power of contemporary interior design. The Pride of the Rockies Flour Mill building was transformed into an exquisite residential building and later a newer building containing 30 luxury lofts was built next to the old one. The old flour mill built in 1920 was abandoned until 1998, when it was restored and converted into 17 lofts.
