They've put up precast panels along the west face.

Also, it looks like curtain wall going up on the North.

I don't have an exact address, but I'm pretty sure it's on the corner of Broadway and Gaines north of downtown.

Does anyone have any idea of what the two "boxes" are on the very top?

The website says they're part of the ninth floor (if there even is one).
