As I said, I will post new updates.
The Island where La Corte sits on just got a a master plan to build new things that will attract millions of people from around the Earth. All these projects have the following requirements:
1. Needs to cut energy levels by
AT LEAST 1/3 of what a normal structure that size would use.
2. Needs to be near water and stay within borders to protect wildlife in the island.
3. Each residential and hotel projects must have at least 50 ft. between towers and provide enough parking for all of it's residents who have a car.
3. Must plant trees in open areas.
and final
4. They all need to pay 1 U.S. dollar for every person living in the building tothe government. This money will pay for light rail, monorail, bus system, airport, etc.
Plan for Island
Here is an overview of the island.
The brown point at the top of the picture shows where North is.
Projects:
1. The three brown areas near the water will be developed and become 3 World Class Cities.
2. The lake North of La Corte will be filled in with three islands which will house the 3 main stadiums for the Olympics.
3. The point on the West side will house the (?) International Airport.
4. The Volcano (small brown spot in the center) will house 3 observation decks which can be accessed by climbing the volcano, helicopter, or hanging baskets.
4. Finally, the harbor South of La Corte will house a port.
Bird Eye Views of the Island:
The Volcano is 10,9432 feet tall to it's highest point. There are two smaller volcanoes which never got as tall as the one in the center.
The towers I have finished:
Fountain Platza:
Status: Completed
Height: 1,175 feet to roof, 1,400 feet to spire.
Floors: 90 including 3 service/trading floors.
Use: Residential
Facts: Designed to look like a fountain. Pointing South-East not North-South.
Both of the top shots are the same but one has lines enabled and one
doesn't.
The Towers:
Status: Completed
Height: 564 feet each.
Floors: 45 each.
Use: The two towers in the back are residential and the tower in the front is a Hotel.
Lol I changed the name of Fountain Place to Fountain Platza, which I think means Fountain Plaza in Italian. Oh well people will buy it.
