The other reason I want to get rid of my 85mm is because I finally found a Vivitar Series 1 90mm f/2.5 macro. This is by far the sharpest lens I've ever seen. It was designed by Vivitar and manufactured by Tokina. Years later after Vivitar discontinued it, Tokina used the exact same optical formula in their own lens but changed the barrel to plastic. It's nicknamed the Bokina because of the excellent quality of its bokeh.
I took a few quick test shots tonight, can't wait to use this thing for real.

You can see how nice the transition to out of focus areas is in the photos above, but I didn't have any good bokeh opportunities readily available, so I just crumpled up a plastic bag and shone a light on it.
