In the video it says it will have connections to two skytrain lines, where will it be connected?

For Canada Line, Vancouver Centre through ScotiaBank tower's underground area and London Drugs I suppose.

For Expo Line, Vancouver Centre through ScotiaBank tower's underground area and then the Bay's basement.

As usual, nothing new here.

I knew that but will you have to go above ground and back underground or will there be an underground connection to the scotia tower?

The two buildings will be connected underground and at grade and share parking.

Saw this today as well. Another luffing crane goes up! They are everywhere this year in Downtown area!

Also, it is good to see the Telus crane still up there. It is on its way to beat L Tower crane's record...

I wonder if the owners of the Telus crane remember that it is even there.

I was having a laugh about that myself the other day.

It's our own local L Tower crane in the making!

I wonder what is the daily rate for a tower crane? Someone is paying for it to be still up there...

Yes, Leftcoaster is right, see here from Officedweller's previous posting:

Remember the exitsing parkade already has an entrance on Seymour - no different, really.

Here's the ground floor plans from the DP application -

It'll actually remove the alley that currently exists between Vancouver Centre tower and the parkade
(which leads to the London Drug loading area)

The driveway shown above is really a replacement alley and the parkade entrance in off the alley and the replacement alley.

You can also see double escalators descending to the mall from the office lobby.

From this plan, you can see that only a part of the old food court was under the parkade (or more likely, under the old alley)
(now occupied by the fitness centre changerooms)

I saw the Telus Garden crane hoisting up large diameter (12") steel pipe elbows and connections today.
Must have something to do with the cooling plant for the equipment.
