God could change his mind and be on the side of the Texas Rangers at any second. No mercy, I want to see the hearts of Texas baseball fans (whom I respect aside from the Whiffle Incident) coldly and completely shaved, sterilized, atomized and dispatched.

The boss called me while I was in Albuquerque wanting me to check her in for her flight to California the next day.

The woman's on her Blackberry constantly. Is there not a Southwest Airlines app for Blackberry? Because there sure as hell is one for Droid and iPhones that let you check in online.

Found myself watching the Lawrence Welk Show on PBS while folding laundry Saturday night. Am I that pathetic? I need to get out more.

There's a video on YouTube of some hippies performing "One Toke Over the Line" on Lawrence Welk and him calling it a "modern spiritual" afterwards. Unintentionally hilarious.

And I'm only vaguely familiar with the show because of that stupid recurring skit on SNL that's been run into the ground. 15 years ago, that would've probably been made into a movie.

I'm 44. I was scanning the channels and was taken aback by this blonde beauty with a bouffant hairdo. She was singing a swinging song. You dig?

....But then I'm guessing that beneath their demure, apple-cheeked, down-home facade the Lennon Sisters were mega-freaky....maybe not quite barnyard animal freaky but freaky non-the-less.

Every Saturday night (not every one, but most) I got to my grandparents and after dinner we watch the Lawrence Welk Show. This week it was Disney songs. Creepy as shit. I sat there thinking "If I did mushrooms, this would probably kill me right now".

The funny thing about it is my grandmother is always paying attention more to her knitting than the show, and my grandfather either falls asleep or complains the whole time that the song they're singing is "stupid".

I bet Lawrence Welk was into some pretty kinky shit.

My mom tried to show me a video of Hee Haw to show how funny it was, and it was the most boring fucking thing I've ever seen.

The Lennon sisters were big time and sang for many decades. 1955 to present. Truely americas sweethearts. Here is some of their eariler work. The sound recording is not of high quality back then but you know the sound produced was.

Well, what did the FBI allegedly find when they raided his house...
  • A "Tranny Hunter" DVD
  • KY Jelly
  • A pink remote-controlled dildo
  • ... and various other "things" that were returned

I don't think he can blame "Tranny Hunter" on the wife (or the Dildo)
