Yeah I concur! With some towers taller than the rest, the skyline in this area is looking way better than before when they only had 3 towers of similar heights for the longest time.

Appears to be residential only, with townhouse style units fronting the street.

Any rumours of what retail might be going into the two towers being built at KGH right now?

I noticed there was that sign for the restaurant space, found the listing for it.

Looks like the Cactus Club rumors from ages ago weren't true.

The phases under construction are already 70% leased as well.

I went looking and it looks like 'Donair Affair' will open in Phase B
'Pokerrito' is also yet to open in Phase C as well, with one CRU still available.

For the towers under construction, CRU 1-4 for the northern tower will be a Physiotherapist, while 5-7 will be an Anytime Fitness.
For the southern one, CRU 8-12 will be a BMO, while CRU 13-17 are available.

Thank you! Very helpful. Will be nice to have another local donair and poké option.

I guess the BMO up the road that burned down (and is under a rebuild) decided to move into a new permanent spot. Now I'm curious what is slated for the old/rebuilt building within Central City mall area.

Really??? Why did they go to the trouble of deconstructing the damaged parts instead of just flattening the building? Any ideas where it's moving to?

I posted above, it looks like that BMO is going to end up in the southern tower that's currently under construction.

10155 KGB is currently looking for a tenant so it's unknown what it will be replaced by.

Maybe for the fire investigators.
