Why are they saying it's 1,776 feet?

Isn't it 1,787 with the lightning rod? Even SkyscraperPage has it listed at 1,787.

.....because a lightning rod is not part of the official height. Plus I think someone included elevation or something like that.....

Cool! So CondeNast will be the tenant from floors 20-41, and Vantone China Center floors 64-69....Any tenants lined up for floors 69-90 yet?

the topping out

are you sure the graph at the top of the page is good ? the current limit of height is higher in the real life than in the graph, to me....

Only one month before the expected-topping out date, a 8th of the tower is still missinge !!

they will never finish it on the delays !

That is what they said a few days ago. This tower is topping off a month and a half late. That means it won't be done till May 2012.
