To me this is a perfect skyline. I don't mean it's the best skyline out there, it's just that the proportions are perfect. Scale, topography, mix of styles and something unique. It doesn't look like any other place but QC.

Has there been an angular glass "atrium" added to the top of Tour de la Bourse, or is that an optical illusion? (because of Victoria Sur Le Parc behind it)
