I've been working on a Toronto future skyline pic and even though it isn't complete yet I think it's good enough now to share.
So far I have added (or finished off) One Bloor, Ice East & West, Harbour Plaza East & West, L Tower, 88 Scott, Ernst & Young Tower, Casa II, U Condos I & II, 1 York, Karma, FIVE, Southcore Delta Hotel, Theatre Park, RCMI, Waterpark Place 3, Bisha Hotel, Southcore Bremner, Pinnacle on Adelaide, The Bond, Alto, Studio on Richmond and Quartz.
Still lots more to add, and these are only the buildings that are U/C. I'll make another with all the big proposals added in as well, one of these days.

Nice! Water park place 3 is a bit off though, it needs to be further east. Also, what is going on with that city place condo south of the gardiner? Looks like you added 20 floors haha.

I thought that was Quartz, my mistake. Next version I'll correct it.

Theatre Park is poised to make quite a splash in its area, eh? I didn't realize how much taller it is than its immediate surroundings!

Very excellent rendering. Lots of good detail in there.

As for Theatre Park, I went to the bar on Saturday, and walking down Duncan, couldn't help but how Massive it is, even though it will have a very slim profile. In fact, when I first saw it walking from the North I thought it was an office tower under construction.

Of course, it was dark, so that also threw me off.

it will be tall for the area at 157m, but once (if) Mirvish-Gehry gets built it will look minuscule.

Notice how the base of the large Omnicorp building in the Robocop skyline is the same as the Vancouver Convention Centre expansion where the movie was filmed.

Great job on the TO rendering. It's crazy to think everything that's missing from that photo including the finished Aura (895ft), The Icon (665ft), Massey Tower (665ft), Ten York (735ft), City Place Signature Towers (between 700 and 800ft), Eaton Center Tower (720ft), Casa III (665ft), etc.

Very well done Koops, thanks for sharing.
The only downer I have about this is Royal Bank Plaza will be obliterated from view (I guess it almost already is anyway).

Here's how the skyline will look around the future Lees LRT station in Ottawa; it's located just outside of downtown. The rendering was created by city staff as a part of the TOD plans for the line currently under construction. The tallest building, right next to the station, will be 45 storeys. Yesterday it was reported the chair of the planning committee wants to attract Toronto developers like Tridel to build around the stations.

I thought they were going to focus on Hudrman. If both of them get that sort of development that would be pretty awesome.

I love the view from the Mount Royal belvedere, but for the skyline it isn't the best in my opinion, mostly because our 3rd tallest tower is hidden. The best point of view is from either Champlain or Jacques-Cartier Bridges.
