^WHAT a beautiful evocative shot! It almost looks photoshopped (which it is not, I know) This building is making such an impact, and that goes for the on ramp infill structures too

The ramp infills are almost a better surprise. The space was so useless between there, its great to see it used the way it has been.

Great to see all around, and a phenomenal photo.

I feel westbank has slow down completing the 2 commercial building.
Now they are facing huge pressure from oversea buyers not able to complete.

I don't understand. I didn't think westbank sold the commercial spaces, just the residential.

I think that the inference is that Westbank may be dragging their feet on completing the commercial buildings to push back the completion of the whole project, which would trigger buyers to close, and right now it seems like some won't be able to do so.

Right but they can complete the residential without the commercial being done

How far behind are they on the possession dates originally promised to residential owners?

previously buyers received letter says that the completion would be July to September, and then on august they received another letter says the completion will be late this year.

I believe, the completion will be no early than the coming spring, or even longer.

we now clearly see that the 2 commercial building with exterior envelop unfinished, are doing really slow, they only have several guys on each site and doing something really unimportant.

why they doing this, i consider now they are facing huge pressure on the completion, which lots of oversea buyers will give up their deposit. 4 years ago, they mostly sold out this building out of Canada, means most of the buyers have to pay 20%. lucky thing is that during the years, they have assigned about 50 -60 contracts, among them may have the number of local buyers increased.

Norson typically does TI work - looks like one of the tenants already has possession? Maybe Fresh Street?

Thanks!
That pic with the Norson sign - would that be a patio?
Seems cramped for an entrance.

Also, is this an emergency stair with glass walls?

This one's good with The Mark framed or nestled in the back ground.
