The Davis design was proposed. Davis along with a couple other architects proposed on the renovation project, but Davis was not selected. I don't know who was selected or what the plan is, but sounds like something might be in the works.

Davis one looked amazing so I'm hoping whatever design was chosen, is leaps and bounds greater than the Davis one because it set the bar pretty high.

I hope Jerry Colangelo can work his magic w/ this reno.

Chase is undergoing asbestos remediation. Don't think it is currently going through any remodel quite yet.

Union has been discussed in the past on the low and mid-rise thread and Saiya has its own thread.

Quick model update #2

This is just a quick update on my 3D model. Not much has changed just two new buildings (509 W. Monroe 250’ish, ft, and 114 E. Portland 280’ish ft) and some height changes to some towers (Realm and Vela).

Green = Under Construction
Blue = Approved
Yellow = Proposed

Great model, downtown is going to be awesome. Most of these are residential as well, adding a lot more people to the core.

This is extremely nitpicky and a minor project, but you could probably turn Union Phase 2 "green". It's shown as completed.
