There is a entire parking garage building with ground floor retail connected to the structure. Im sure the offices will have designated elevators for it

The financial crash of 2008 took alot of projects out thats for sure.

I always had wished this project had happened. What could have been!

I know this is out of left field-but you think the city will ever get another Fortune 500 company ?

Probably a better chance of Entergy moving their headquarters somewhere else than the city/state getting another Fortune 500. Wouldn't surprise me if Pool Corp. eventually chucks the deuces and jets for greener pastures as well

Although I would’ve preferred it stayed as an office tower; I’m glad the building is getting a second chance and a new lease on life. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Clearview City Center Update

Looks Like according to the LACDB the proposed renovations are moving one step closer to reality. Outparcels A & B have been listed for a proposed Q4 of 2025 completion.

Depends on how the next 5-10 years go. I can see it, but the city leadership would have to get its act together and start marketing the city as something other than a "magical place".

Simple concept but when everyone is corrupt and the population doesn't demand better, why would they ever do that?

speaking of clearview, between I10 and west napoleon, they are tearing up the neutral ground, looks like they may be extending the clearview south to service road turning lane

Domain Cos takes over “lead” developer on Charity Hospital.

Explains the lack of progress — in this new enviornment it’s clear which developers have / don’t have clothes. Domain getting it involved avoids a catastrophic alternative of another dead redevelopment
