I think the Fairmont’s spire is holding it up.

Hell, yeah! I can get behind that. A 1,000' skyscraper for a spire.

I try not to be too harsh on here, but that is an absolutely abysmal Photoshop job.

I got this from Martin on Twitter. It looks like the project is on schedule so far.

This is pretty accurate. Not sure if we hit level 60 just yet but it's a little more than halfway on the residential portion.

What month do we think this will finally surpass 6X to become the official tallest? From the naked eye, looks like it's getting close.

The February milestone is just under 50' shy of 6xGuad, so I'd imagine it's going to hit that mark at the end of the month, give or take a week or so.

July 2025 seems to indicate the base of the "roof." There is an additional 20' of parapet above that. So, actual topping out may not occur until August or September 2025.

Wilson needs to get its act together and get approved so these two can top out at the same time.

I think you are right. They did not go to the top. Good call!

In the construction industry top out is often referred to the concrete super structure. Parapet framing ultimately adds height but is not celebrated like topping out the concrete structure
