It doesn't. People are just jumping the gun as per usual.

This forum is getting to be unbearable.

Misinformation and dramatic outbursts are becoming the norm.

I think we are the verge of another major user purge. The forum will suffer with less traffic initially but the quality will improve, and hopefully encourage more stable users that currently refuse to sign up to join.

As far as I can see, the nubs are only on the side of the building facing the Art Gallery, not on the Four Season side. I can't see the other two faces from my vantage point.

Finally had a chance to look out during the day - and the top is nicely enclosed now (but poorly lighted at night) - pic by me today:

So Delirium posted this picture on Jan 17, 2008 of the completed demolition of the parkade that previously occupied this site. In a few weeks this will be five years since.

It's awful how long this is taking. Those poor people waiting over a year to move into their new homes.

Northwest corner (its best side?) - pic by me today.
(one oddity in the spandrel (north side midway down near the gutter))

Never noticed this angle before, so thank you for the photo! However, to my taste the building looks too boxy from this angle. It's not like it would be a beauty for other angles either, but this is still not my favorite.

What's interesting about the shot is that the glass with mullions and spandrels (right side of the building in the pic) matches very well with the mullion-free glass on the NW corner (center of the pic).
