This one... doesn't look great. These materials look pretty cheap in their current state.

This will be 17 feet taller than Windsor on the Lake just south of it.

These types of building go up so quickly once they get passed the pedestals. For a non frequent visitor to downtown like myself, this seems to have popped up out of no where. I wish, and I sometimes always say this, it was at least 50 to 100 feet taller so when the trio of condos are completed, they would have all been distinctly different in height.

The front that came through today brought in some yucky dust from Panhandle/central plains. There was a point earlier today were I could barely make out the skyline from 290/71/Ben White.

They were raising the crane this weekend. I saw on Saturday they had a crane shaft piece hanging from the boom. I don't know if they finished putting it in that evening or not since I didn't stick around to see. It looked like they weren't actively putting into place as it was getting dark.

A blurry view from the Quincy webcam. I believe this one has two floors left.

For boomers living in Austin during the 80s and 90s, its incomparable, inconceivable, unbelievable, unimaginable, implausible, unthinkable, incomprehensible, indescribably unpredictable, astonishing, stunning, astounding, miraculous, unforeseen, amazing, shocking, unexpected, and quite frankly, a bit surprising.

The core must be topped out. The hydraulic core machine is being dismantled and removed this weekend.
