As do I. It’s nothing special but between it and the Bridge (the building), I like the effect it is creating around the Ben Franklin. I like how the Manhattan bridges disappear into a cluster of buildings as it reaches land. That effect is starting to be created.

I think this building turned out great as well. So far PMC has done well with 2040 Market and One Water Street, and dropped the ball with 1900 Arch. This gives me hope that 2400 Market could be good.

If Aramark is going to sign a lease before PMC is too far along, I'd like to think that they'll have some input that would help steer 2400 in the right direction.

I dont think 2400 has been before the CDR yet and as such I wouldnt expect the final product to look just like the renderings we've seen so far.

Right. I'm counting on that and hoping that Aramark, should they move, will affect the design for the better. I don't know that it would be "build to suit," but it definitely wouldn't be on spec at that point.

I like the design of the building, as it's better than the formerly proposed Water View condo at that site, but I still hope that Water Front Square can be completed ASAP, as seeing that the remaining two towers that was supposed to be built haven't even come to realization!!! And ACC was the best proposal Philadelphia had seen in a long time!!!

I can't wait to see the classic aerial Philly Skyline Shot from Camden once this round of buildings is complete. This and The Bridge are awesome.

I, for one, LOVE the way it looks and turned out. Let's hope it fills up fast, as it will demonstrate the potential viability of the area. What I'm ultimately hoping for is that the next lot over will be developed with a tower of similar scale to One Water Street!
