Confirm, walk by there today and they'll be pouring the 22 floor this week

There should be a by-law that blank walls need to be covered by a mural. Please for the love of god no permanent "NOW LEASING" banners.

I'm 90% certain that we can see this tower at the top of the Hill on the 105 near avenue du Pont coming back from wakefield (the hill near Maison Bonneville and the Botanix)

There is just about nowhere in the East end that this tower as it stands now isn't obvious.

Between this and the two towers at Blair its painfully obvious how underdeveloped this side of town is.

It will get better, slowly but surely. Not as fast as I hoped. High interest and inflation hasn't helped. Was really hoping we'd always have a tower at Blair u/c, kind of like Dow's Lake.

The eventual build up on both sides of Trainyards and across the highway around St.Laurent mall will go a long way. Even a single tower at the 4 general sites I am thinking of will fill it out. Add another tower or two at Elmvale, Blair/Montreal and Gloucester center and the east end will start to look filled out.

Based on the current plans for Blair rd. "south", I would like to see full connectivity continue north to Montreal rd. The current stretch between Ogilvie and Montreal rd. is quite dire. It would be a great overall connection in the east improving links to Gloucester center.

I feel like it will be a good 10 years before seeing a tower at each of the locations I just mentioned despite active proposals at all sites.

I am seeing the 31st floor being poured unless my eyes deceive me.

Awesome stuff. This is easily visible coming down Anderson rd from the traffic circle.

Funny enough despite having gone down that stretch a million times.. I noticed Place Bell was also visible at a certain angle though the bare trees. I guess I never looked that closely in that particular direction.

Isn't that a little pre-mature?

It's not a stupid question at all. They will start occupancy on lower floors while they finish the ones above. It's common with rental apartments as the owners need to start creating revenue.
