I disagree. This is the building that will never end. Its just taking alittle breather, some time off, a vacation of sorts. In no time at all it will sprout another arm or leg or wing. There's plenty of room for it to give us some more ugly.

Its complete, except for the various foundation issues they will continue to deal with as well as new bridges to the future hospital.

I swear one day a giant sink whole will swallow a car out of the blue on Civic Center Drive.

This building is plain terrible. I can't believe that the lower portion is new construction. That metal beige paneling is awful and looks like it's from the 1970's. The upper portions are decent but it's so mismatched from the bottom, there's simply no redeeming quality to this monstrosity. This project gets an F-.

I'm going to venture to say that this project is too easy of a target for Inga, but I'd nonetheless love to see her tear into this project, if only to publicly embarrass Penn and the architects behind this eyesore.
