A shame about losing the
fourth tallest
pre-war tower in the city, but this is a net gain for Houston, to be honest.

This looks very similar to Eighth Ave Place in Calgary and the proposed 1144 15th in Denver, both also designed by Pickard Chilton.

Impressive. Man if Houston could get some tall residential downtown that would be fantastic. Houston's downtown is really growing into one of America's great skylines.
