Well at least these are better than Tribeca, which don't look anything like twin towers because they are too different.

In this case, I wouldn't say they're clones since there are some subtle variations. I think there's real potential for Rue Laurier in the future if more buildings of similar height go up. I'm thinking a Central Park kind of façade.

I actually don't mind the twin design, though I think a taller, narrower building might look better.

Still though, this is a far better proposal than what we're used to seeing in Gatineau or Ottawa!

I think the updated proposal is great. 18 floors of VERY desirable rentals and 6 floors of condos...this thing will go up fast if it is approved.
