Damn, this thread needs a huge update. All the small projects are complete/I lost track of them since there's so many going on downtown right now. So I'll focus on the bigger ones, U/C or proposed. Other MTL members feel free to add to the list, I'll for sure need help. I did skip a lot of the smaller projects/ infra such as the REM, Champlain and Turcot.
Projects we're waiting for more news on (feel free to add more that I missed)
-600 Peel (x3)-condos
-750 Peel (x2)-office towers (750+600 Peel are phase 3/4 of Quad Windsor mega project)
-Square Phillips project- Only info I heard was 1,000 + condos and it'll reach maximum height on this lot, which is around 195-199 metres.
-Remaining Square Children's hospital project (we only know of Est/West and 1111 Atwater atm
-Dorchester apartments (120m)- no idea on this yet, it's been years
-Apparently, Roccabella phase three is a thing now
- The two parking lots in front of Place Bonaventure are for sale, combined 1.46m sq ft
-1025 Lucien L'allier (128m) can be office or residential or both
- The vacant lot where SNC headquarters are
Proposed
1. Victoria Sur Le Parc (80%+ units sold, will start within the next few months) 200 metres/656 feet
2. National Bank/Banque National new HQ (1.1 million square feet) 200 metres/656 ft
3. Maestria (still waiting for approval and consultations, doesn't need a waiver for increased height either) 168 metres/ 551 feet x2
4. Solstice- 147.5 metres/ 484 feet
5. 1000 De La Montagne- 144 metres/472.5 feet
6. Quinzicent- 120 metres

- Quartier des Lumieres (multiple buildings 6-15 floors/4.5 million sq ft development)
Under Construction
1. Tour des Canadiens phase two and three (both 168 metres/551 feet)
2. Humaniti (120 metres/394 feet) will have commercial, office space, a hotel (Marriot of course), rental and condo
3. 628 St. Jacques street (120m/394 ft). Taking a while but work is ongoing
4. Phase two of YUL (120 metres)
5. Est/West (2x 95 metres/312 ft)
6. Union Sur Le Parc (2x 80 metres)- Phase one
7. Centra Condos Phase two
8. Laurent and Clark phase one
