More like skid row with shady dudes in hoodies who will stare you down. Don't get why we all help subsidizing their housing here.

Wow, I actually like this podium a lot, except for the orange screens. The steps are a nice touch in line with the idea of lifting up the townhouses. Between that, and the floating brick piers with canopies, I've never seen a project spend so much money on something that adds so little value to the buyers. Maybe that's the public art component... and I'd definitely take architectural whimsy like that over some tacked-on sculpture.

It's a shame that the townhomes are lifted to create space not for retail but for the condo gym... seriously who wants to work out in full view of everyone walking by??

Lots of suites for sale in this building. Ones that Kenstone got stuck with, or flippers trying to get out?

I can't imagine why people would want to live there with Murray Hotel right next door. What a mess of a block. Shady people sleep along the streets there every night, and the City isn't doing much about it. I especially feel sorry for the townhouse unit owners. Anytime your unit could be smashed in. I would resell my unit and get the heck out of there too if I can.
