There are only 2 buildings in the entire MSA outside of the City of Chicago that rise above 100m.
One in Oak Brook Terrace, IL and the other in Itasca, IL.
Generally speaking, there aren't too many buildings over 100m in the Midwest that lie outside of the municipal limits of central cities. Chicagoland has the two mentioned above, Metro Detroit has a handful in Southfield, MI, and then there's the infamous "second downtown" of Clayton, MO with several of them just outside of St. Louis. I can't think of any others off the top of my head.

True while Miami is the other extreme. The only way I figured it out was by picking 'Florida' under 'State' then clicking on each one that didn't say 'Miami' to figure out where in Florida it was located. Took forever.

For Vancouver I use: Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam
For Toronto I use: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham
For Los Angeles I use: Los Angeles, Long Beach, Glendale, Burbank, El Segundo
For Houston I use: Houston, Galveston, The Woodlands, Pasadena
For New York I use: New York, Fort Lee, Guttenberg, Jersey City, New Rochelle, Newark, North Bergen, West New York, Franklin Township, White Plains
