This will be the first, and likely shortest, of three or four upcoming Extell towers in the Lincoln Square neighborhood.

Extell recently purchased the ABC HQ campus from Silverstein, right across the street. That campus has the zoning to allow for two or three extremely tall supertalls.

Assuming what you said above is in the pipeline, are we in for more NIMBY yammerfests/ultimately fruitless litigation?
