The only negative I see from this, and other projects, are the parking slots. But at the same time, transit does need volume expansion. All these folks have to get somewhere, but the aim should be via rail. Traffic is already hell in the area during a work day.

But nevertheless, glad these are coming.

This site is still pretty quiet - every time I see equipment on site, like here on 12/23

It disappears the next time (1/11)

On the other hand, the neighboring site, 348 Baldwin, is in full swing

Still being used as a staging area for 348 Baldwin

And here's its neighbor, topped out

As of about a month ago, was being used as staging. Now, not so much (will update soon)

And its neighbor

Latest update - no longer used for staging, officially demolished. We'll see if work actually starts now

And as always - 348 Baldwin as well

Nothing happening as of yet, 2/17/21. The site across the street has also dramatically slowed down, or possibly stalled

345 Baldwin is a nice design and I hope they don't vale-engineer it. I bet all the snow has not helped with finishing the facade on 348.

So I take it there isn't a big push to bury power lines in Jersey City...
