Definitely a confusing name. Tower isn't in Abu Dhabi. It is in Astana Kazakhstan.

Ha! I read the thread title, and assumed that Abu Dhabi was the location, not the name. Now realizing this is in Kazakhstan.

the city was renamed recently to Nur-Sultan. The tower is topped out at 1020ft/75 floors

I'd say the main reason Philly does not have a 1250+ footer is because of that stupid gentleman's agreement not to build taller than City Hall. Thank god the Liberty buildings broke that or else we'd have the tiniest skyline in the world/
