This building is currently in design review with the city and will stand at 31 stories and 392 ft (119.5 m) tall, making it either the fourth or fifth-tallest building in the city when completed (depending on the status of the Kensington Tower). It will include an outdoor, public-access park on top of its parking garage. There is some controversy surrounding this tower because it will be replacing a 100-year old, abandoned/decaying Pantages Theater that will need to be torn down in the coming months for construction to begin. The SSP database already has an entry for this tower.
