Drawing for the new design of Tokyo Torch Tower

Hi everyone here,

A new design of Tokyo's planned tallest building (Torch Tower, 1280ft/390m tall) was released in October. The diagram of Tokyo is still showing old design, anyone can create a new drawing for it?
