Interesting concept. I love the new Capitol Building, but it kind of looks like the lair of an evil overlord when it's towering right behind the current building. XD
I've heard though that with rising sea levels that DC could be flooded in the future, since it's basically built on a swamp. It would be interesting to see that integrated here.
