New 50,000-square foot development coming to East Austin

I don't think so. ABJ has a much more detailed article, Saigon le Vendeur is at 2404 E 7th.

I spoke with the owner of Saigon Le Vendeur a few months ago and he said that they were taking over the lease of the Domino's location on E 7th at Pedernales. They've got another brick and mortar restaurant up north, Le Bleu, that is great and definitely worth checking out.

They started cladding the parking garage at Springdale Green this week. I'll try to get some photos tomorrow.
