AUSTIN, Texas — A new, 50,000-square foot development is coming to East Austin.
The architecture firm Dick Clark + Associates announced plans for the new development to be located at the corner of East Seventh and Pedernales Streets, with construction on the project expected to begin in spring 2024 and completion tentatively planed for the second half of 2025.
I don't think so. ABJ has a much more detailed article, Saigon le Vendeur is at 2404 E 7th.
Quote:
The project would rise on about half an acre at 2408, 2410, 2414, 2418 and 2422 E. Seventh St. The four-story building is supposed to have one floor of underground parking and 255 feet of frontage on East Seventh Street, according to a July 10 project announcement.
I spoke with the owner of Saigon Le Vendeur a few months ago and he said that they were taking over the lease of the Domino's location on E 7th at Pedernales. They've got another brick and mortar restaurant up north, Le Bleu, that is great and definitely worth checking out.
