Stupid question time - do they need to be quite sure of the weather to pour concrete, or does rainfall not really affect it while it sets?

They will cover it with tarps if it rains (or snows) .

Stopped by the site today. Wanted to make sure I get a few photos before all floors are above the elevated grade around the site...

And a little window shopping...

Can't believe how fast this sensual tower is rising, glad it will be sort of obstructing the view of Dump Tower from some vantage points soon.

Also, despite the Trump stamp, that tower is a damn fine piece of architecture. I wouldn't want any views of it blocked, only the removal of his tacky sign.

Where are you thinking? From Regatta, maybe? Those folks will also be losing their views of all the beautiful architecture that surrounds Trump. Other than that nobodys view (of trump tower specifically) is gonna be impacted that much except somebody on a boat for a few seconds.

Great set as always nick! There's so much going on at once with all these different colors it almost gives me a headache staring at the pictures, but I cant look away. I feel like Mr. Pitt from Seinfeld looking at the 3D poster. haha.

I'm amazed GEMS 11 hasn't started yet. I'm beginning to wonder whether or not it will ever happen at this point.
