Beauty in the mist! A cloudy, grey day can’t hide the majestic beauty of One Vanderbilt. The 100-foot spire re-installed, One Vanderbilt now rises to its full height of 1,401 feet tall. With the curtain wall complete and the crane dismantled (HT: @nycconstructors ), this soaring New York icon is edging ever close to completion.
The supertall structure makes a tremendous addition to the city’s skyline, and will certainly become a New York landmark along with other iconic buildings such as the Empire State Building, The Chrysler Building, and the rising cityscape of Hudson Yards.
