If you count the mezzanine as 1 floor,18 office floors and top mechanical floor then yes 20 floors. The mezzanine looks to be the same as 3 office floors though which would mean its like a 22 story tower. The final height in metres is what counts nonetheless.

The way the weather is holding up maybe they will finish pouring the remaining 7? floors before snow and cold!

13th floor was poured on Friday. One week and two days after the 12th.

Here is what the final drawings show...
Above the main floor there is a partial mezzanine floor.
Then you have office floors 2 to 18.
Then there is a mechanical penthouse floor.
Above that and over top of the core is a small elevator machine room floor, which I believe is the final concrete pour.
The roof over the mechanical penthouse will have a parapet elevation of 81.000 meters.
And for comparison the main parapet on the adjacent Tower 2 is at 78.220 meters.

Finally settled that. Thanks!

I'm sure it's posted somewhere in the 27 pages of this thread but will this be the tallest building in the province of SK?

No. It claims tallest office building, but the Delta Hotel is taller (1/2 office 1/2 hotel).

That is going to be amazing!

I am surprised the glass goes on so quick. How is it fixed to the concrete?

I'm guessing it's not. Looks like it's just a curtain wall.

It is attached to the concrete at the steel plates that were set before the pour at the edge. It will also be attached to the straps that are hanging from the underside of each floor.

Winter is coming, anything that shelters the workers from the elements is gonna be high on the list of priorities I would think!

No nothing. Its impressive. Here in Toronto most projects move as slow as mud. Some like Aura are going up quickly just like Hardvard 3 - super impressive to see the site working like a bee colony.
