God I hope that Bjarke Ingels's design gets a serious update or just gets axed.

The previous design looked better imo.

It's on a side street is it now? I can't picture any retail wanting to go in there other then a coffee shop or dry cleaners.

Not on a side street, it's at the corner of Eglinton and Redpath.

Here's a new one I've been working on - Windsor/Detroit! It's still largely incomplete, and there's still a lot of work to do on the Windsor side. There isn't too much in the way of new buildings going up in Windsor just yet, but the work going on in Detroit will still change the collective skyline.

Google Earth/Map has updated the 3D models of Montreal. The city models are from the end of August 2019

I create models of the missing buildings using Sketchup. With this latest model update from GE, I had to scrap 80+ models of mine which are now in the base set.

These are from my latest updates which can be downloaded from: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=237881

Blue: Proposed Yellow: Under Construction Green: Topped/Completed

Great job Frankto. By the way, you can turn 1000 de la Montagne and MAA condos in yellow... they are both UC now.
