So long as he doesn't change it to Kanye West, I won't complain.

Fair enough, but did you get a squiz at the repulsive avatar he had last week? One of those Kartrashcan slags, apparently. That whole family of zeroes can rot.

Wonderful job with your Toronto render, koops! Now some of these big 'uns need to get started. 1BW, 1 Yonge, Mirvish (pfft), those Yonge/Gerrard behemoths, et al. We'll all be in wheelchairs by the time all that stuff is brought to fruition.

Toronto and Vancouver need to take notes from QC.

The Mississauga project is garbage but more inventory is a plus to ease nastily overpriced rentals.

I finished making a large area on the East side of downtown, the site of some of the most recent tall proposals, 88 Queen E, and 245 Queen E. Clearly, they are each the tallest in their neighbourhood, but there are plenty of high-rises and mid-rises nearby. And I really like those Pac-Man buildings, a refreshing change from all those wrap-around balcony towers that have sprung up lately. And look at that cluster growing around Pace! Dundas Square Gardens just went into site prep, and there are a handful more 140 to 160 metre towers proposed nearby. And last, but not least, that cluster around Yonge / Gerrard is huge, and wont make Aura look so lonely like it does now.

JEEBUS!

I don't see it at all even with the $10000 makeovers. Least attractive out of all the sisters. Will look 40 at 25.

I don't want to be that guy that takes this thread off topic, but I saw a report on TV/Newspaper about the Toronto Coach Terminal and there is a suggestion that it should be sold because of maintaince and payroll issues the city is currently having at the location. If sold as the theory goes something very tall could be built there.

Of course us skyscraper geeks know better than that as the big empty gap in koops rendering shows that any tall buildings there will be in the sight line of the postcard view of City Hall, and that's a no no.

I thought the issue with City Hall is shadows, from towers to the south... that area is north and will not cause shadows on any politicians...

The issue is with view comes. Nothing is allowed to tower above city hall in the traditional Nathan Phillips square view.

I guess that explains why nothing tall has ever been built in that area...

Apparently there isn't enough actual development in Toronto. The parking lot the Conservatory Group has been sitting on is a bigger deal than the coach terminal.
