Sorry even with the podium you won't get 40 floors, unless you start counting underground floors

anyway, Complexe Desjardins 35 or 40 it doesn't matter, it's 152m high.

Le Marriott Courtyard 136m

La Tour Quartier des spectacles at least 145m.

A little blurry, but here you go, 2 to 24 floors:

That is some SOLID heights! Well done Ottawa/Gatineau
Anything between 15-25fl and I can manage with it pretty well.

We have some difficulties in Québec city ; our recents highest are between 10-15fl.

I'm happy about it. This project is a long time coming.

As for Québec City, 2 or 3 new towers of 20-35 floors would fill up the skyline nicely: nice modern touch behind the old monuments would look great. Hopefully something gets proposed soon.

We already have a proposal next to the Hilton. If I recall it right, it will be built by Industrielle Alliance. A mixed-use of 15fl Condos + offices on an existing base of 4fl.

Strange. Never seen (or noticed) a tower with ground floor mechanical.

Solid render though, don't know how made it.
That is Icon, though the curved glass side will face Gatineau, not the wavy balconies. And that is the roughly the right location, but it won't be that visible. The antenna of Place de Ville C is higher (elevation)than the top of the Icon will be, and since the Icon is about 2 km back, it won't look that tall.

I still can't figure out where that angle is from. Is this the same as Lebreton Flats?

There will be an intersesting view coming from the west. What's the beige tower right in the middle? (in front of l'Avenue and Tour des Canadiens) And the leftmost tower in blue?
