The Inside Out house

Motivation - a house that connects the outside with the in.

size - 2000sqft + a lot of deck:>

layout - 2bdrm, 2bath, home office

Structure - concrete shell, beams, and flooring

walls - R8 glass with steel and wire support structures where needed

Movable window wall fronting decks

You have really good layout plans. Your houses are gonna look awesome when you add floor and wall thickness and I can even see you adding the light switches later on. I had a similar house to that but the atrium had a living room not a palm but that's a great idea. The inside surrounding the outside.

I really like your ideas, but you should start making them more realistic. Challenge yourself more! Making the roof realistic would be a good start, instead of a flat roof.

Flat roofs are totally fine, but not paper thin roofs! You should push/pull all of your flat surfaces to give them some volume.
