You're getting better. A lot and fast too. I like your roof top patio but why is there a helicopter in the garage?

Is the blue part an atrium or what? I LOVE townhouses too and I'd show what I have but I haven't finished it. And it's not even as detailed as I would like mines to be. Now you need interior walls, furniture, lights, all that jazz.

^the blue would be an all glass stairwell/atrium.

i think the question you need to ask yourself is "Why isnt there a helo in my garage".

I have a 747 in my attic and a USS Lincoln class in my living room

I love the rooftop, easily the most detailed part IMO. the glass is neat to.
So are the stairs surronded by glass? you should make the inside of the glass into a slow moving, silent waterfall. thatd be so sweet! I did that with an elevator shaft before

what a cool idea austin.

To have a waterfall in ones house... Nature mixed with modern living... that is just one of the coolest contrasting themes in design.

i love homes that have tons of hitech, but also the opposite, for example, a ton of bonsais all over and a stone walkway with water flowing around the stones INSIDE (like an indoor brook).

Holy shit! I love that too. I specially love atrium's. Like this one but it opens up to every room and the bedrooms have balconies to the inside atrium. Kind of like a modern Hacienda. You can add rails to this house Coldrsx.

We have good taste. I also love atriums. Any hotel that has a main lobbey with an atrium-like design, with all the rooms inside facing toward the main center lobby and the lobby being decorated with nature such as real trees, streams, is simply amazing.

if i was rich (i mean billionare rich) then i would definately design my home as described above.
