Looks to be some sort of stone structure like stonehenge. Perhaps from the same period and similar culture?

^ these are duplicatas of stonehenge and menhirs, but i'mnot entirely sure...
because Galicia, admistrative region of A Coruña, has part of celtic cultural origins, and in order to symbolize them they reproduct the stonehenge and menhirs as there are many near Carnac, in Brittany (bretagne) in France, that have celtic cultural origins too...
i suppose that they are just here to symbolise this link...

Great pics, I don't think I've seen any photographs of A Coruña before. The city appears much larger than I expected. Also, there seems to be a great amount of modern structures for a Spanish city. Was it heavily damaged during the Civil War?

Most "normal" Spanish cities, that is, the ones tourist don't visit, have lots of moder structures of variable quality, product of big growth from the 20th century on and chaotic planning.
