Sorry but this structures hasn't any site! The source of my information is taken from books in my archive. As your know Russia isn't so progressive like USA and other countries, so how i can prove truthfulness of the my information?

What is the name of the hotel: Arctika, Arctica, or Arktika? You've given me two different names, and the diagram has another altogether. Spelling is important.

And, why did you just give me a different height than the one originally listed?
