Quay House
70 storey (c. 220-240m) residential tower proposed opposite Canary Wharf

North Quay
Three office towers of 221m, 209m and 120m on the northern fringe of the Canary Wharf estate. Development unfortunately won’t proceed until the Crossrail station (which is in the adjacent dock) is complete as the site is currently being used as a preparation ground for the station and tunnels.

Sainsbury’s Nine Elms
Currently a supermarket site and adjacent car park; the site is being redeveloped to include 737 homes across two towers and smaller apartment blocks above a new supermarket. Railway arches under the adjacent South West Main Line will be opened up for various commercial uses.

The Stage
Mixed-use development proposed for Shoreditch including a 38 floor residential tower, renovated disused railway viaduct (into a park) and cultural elements (including a 250 seater open-air auditorium) to reflect that the site was once the home for Shakespearean Curtain Theatre which once stood on the site.
