Calgary froze last night. I will add it to the list tonight or tomorrow.

I don't really take pictures at all. Like ever. I have taken three pictures in the last couple months and this was last night with the Northern Lights.

^ Nice. Be on the lookout again tonight.

Ironically enough headed to a dark sky preserve today. I imagine the area was packed last night. Went to see fall colour today. Not as much as I was expecting considering it's further north.

First of the solar lights finally arrived. Also have different types for the fence and the cherry tree trunks.

Looks great!

Are you allowed to have a firepit in St John's? It looks like you'd have enough space for a cosy little gathering area on the lawn.

^ Nice photos guys. It was a pleasant seasonal fall day in Vancouver.

I went to vote in the BC election, the choices were Conservative, NDP, Green, or Communist. I won't vote alt-right, single issue, or communist.

16C and sunny early in the afternoon. Clouded later. Gusty. Still early in the process but definitely a few more leaves on the ground after today.

Low of 9C this morning.

The warmspot was Windsor, ON at 25.0C.

Warmest low was Point Pelee, ON at 12.6C

Wood ones are illegal, I believe, but not really enforced. I think we're allowed to have propane ones. Friends have brought over their propane one a few times. It is nice!

From Thursday at the Rockton Fair. Thought there would be more colour there by now. I seem to recall the last time I was there two years ago there was more colour showing.

Raining and cold. I'm repainting the floor. Solid black was not the vibe. Attempting the checkboard I actually want but can't afford lol

It's truly torture. Especially freehand But I'm mumbling jibberish along with Portuguese folk songs to make the work lighter. And, according to Tiktok, the nonsense I'm saying is no worse than the actual words.

Fui criado como um bezerro enjeitado - I was raised like a little orphaned goat
Mamei em vacas e em tudo que tinha peito - I've sucked on cows, anything with breasts really
Cresci assim deste jeito - It's how I was raised
Fiquei mal habituado - And now it's a bad habit

Hoje sou homem e arranjei uma cabritinha - Now I'm a grown man, with a cute goat
E passo o dia a mamar - And I suck all day long
Nos peitinhos da fofinha - On the cute thing's titties

Eu gosto de mamar - I like to suck
Nos peitos da Cabritinha - On the goat's little titties

Propane is the most considerate, IMHO. Saving your neighbours from choking on wood smoke is always a good thing.

11C and blustery in Moncton at 3 PM. We've been having bands of rain all day combined with gusty winds. Leaf fall is becoming quite noticeable.

Drone shot of my neighbourhood in northwest Moncton from a couple of days ago. The Northwest Trail is in the foreground, as well as the neighbourhood water tower. You can see Evergreen Park School in the middle ground, and downtown Moncton near the horizon.
