I might have a problem if it was any other company but they've got a good track record here. It'd be nice to diversify but no one else is willing to invest here. Beggars can't be choosers, especially when you consider that it's in true north's best financial interest to have a safe, vibrant and interesting downtown as possible for their biggest asset to draw on (the Jets).
