Last time I checked on Statistique Québec's website, the Greater Québec City was worth 9,92% of the provincial population, which means:

9 156 154 / 100 x 9,92 = ±908 290

We can see that we are getting closer to 10%, so we're maybe even higher than that!

But of course, Winnipeg is still leading the horse race!

I wonder if Winnipeg's percentage has crept up too? Most likely.
