The city is spending some money having their west royalty traffic plan updated to incorporate all the planned changes private developers are proposing. The plan is only 2 years old, so at least the city is trying to stay on top of things. The province does need to play a better role in maintaining its highway.

I’ve heard that the province has consultants hired to review the Cornwall Bypass, it needs to be changed because the roundabout in North River is not working. It’s obvious to anyone with half a brain that the solution all along was to follow the original plan to connect with the bypass on Upton Road.
