Bourque Road in Dieppe Closed July 30 and 31. News 91.9 is reporting that this for the installation of sanitary sewer services for two new buildings.
Do we have anything on two new buildings on Bourque between Clarence-Cormier Street and Melanson Road?
There are two apartment buildings under construction now right at the corner of Bourque/Melanson, but you would think this would have been done before construction began, no? Not sure how these systems work.

Building in Millidgeville here in SJ was up and enclosed before they closed part of the street to connect water and sewer so maybe after is normal.
On the block behind Horizon Place there are only two remaining houses that are still standing and both have been for sale for awhile now. The rest have long been torn down. I believe there was a plan by Killam at one time to consolidate all of these properties for extra parking for Horizon Place, but these last 2 properties seem to be just sitting there with nobody jumping at them. Am I missing something? This feels like prime downtown location for a larger development and it seems a bit odd that with Dieppe buzzing with activity, this block seems to be just sitting there.
