MarshallZehr is pleased to provide $103.8M construction financing to Savic Homes for their Highland Road purpose built rental development in Kitchener, Ontario.
The two towers feature a total of 312 residential units in addition to 5,000 square feet of retail space.
The podium design from the north will be very oppressive (see below). I like the massing matches the factory block, but the flourishes should've leaned way more in that direction.
